OFF CAMPUS COLLEGES OF DELHI UNIVERSITY Off-campus colleges are all those colleges which are not situated around the administrative blocks of Delhi University. • There are two such campuses - North and South. • While North campus has roughly 10 colleges, the South campus has 9 colleges, leaving more than 50 off-campus colleges scattered around Delhi. •With over 50 colleges located away from the main campuses, off-campus colleges can be the best option for many students. • These colleges are also good options for students who live far away from the main campus. •There are many off-campus colleges which are equal in both faculty and infrastructure to the main campus colleges. •Off-campus colleges have all the highlights that a main campus (both north and south) college can boast of. • Off-campus colleges have some vivid cultural festivals, societies and clubs, and regularly organize events like seminars and talks for students to keep them up to date

DU introduces five year journalism course. DU has launched a 5-yr integrated journalism course in which  the students will have the option to withdraw after three years with a bachelor's degree . JOURNALISM COURSE BY DELHI UNIVERSITY "Delhi University has initiated the process of starting Delhi School of Journalism which will allow students to pursue a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in journalism," said Maharaj K Pandit, chairperson of Delhi University's admission committee. FIVE YEAR COURSE The five-year course will include papers on data journalism, investigative journalism, media and psychology, media and history, editing, writing, documentary making, accompanied by compulsory foreign  languages comprising Arabic, Spanish, French and Mandarin  and regional languages comprising Tamil and Bengali. FEES The programme will have a total of 60 seats and will cost Rs 30,000/semester.
