Instructions for Competition:

🔶Participants are requested to bring their own newspapers.🗞️🗞️
🔶Only team of 2 person is allowed to participate. Cross college teams are also allowed.
🔶 The dresses must be made ONLY out of the waste newspapers.
🔶 The use adhesives,staples and likes are permitted and to be arranged by the participants only.
🔶No variety of other papers(coloured, plasticized,metallic,etc) is allowed.
🔶The jury reserves the right to disqualify those dresses that do not meet the quality requirements.
