Community,The Commerce Departent,DDUC organised events every year which attracts different students from different colleges.

In 2017 Conference on Start-up Talks - CommUnity, the subject society of the department in collaboration with Vyaktitva, the Pan-DDUC society championed by the department , organised a start-up conference ON 18TH August, 2017 on critical value systems required for becoming a successful entrepreneur. The conference saw intense deliberations among a panel of distinguished speakers’ including-Ms. Nidhi Lal (Co-Founder, Global Women Foundation), Ms. Oshikka Lumb (Founder, Markitiers), Mr. Dhiyavasu Bhadauria (Co-Founder, EventGraphia), Mr. Palansh Agarwal (Co-Founder, EventGraphia), Mr. Piyush Agarwal(Founder, Cashless Bazar Pvt. Ltd.) 


 CommUnity , The Commerce Department of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College , University of Delhi . is organising annual fest on the 6th and 7th of March known as Zucitva. This is the event which is much awaited and exceeds a footfall of over 5000 students along with a reach of over 20k  . Teams from all over the country will be participating in this event. They will also conduct an event where celebrities and comedians will perform.

1. Rockstar – (Hindu College, St. Stephens College and Shree Ram College of Commerce) This blockbuster film has been  shot throughout the DU campus where our very adorable Ranbir tried to woo Nargis. We can’t ever forget the scene where Heer and Jordan are dating each other as students of the University, or the song ‘Jo Bhi Mein’ which was shot at Hindu College.
