To celebrate the rhythm and notes of words, The Literary Society of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies presents Word's Worth- An English Slam Poetry event under Bibliotheca 2020.

The Literary Society of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies presents to you an opportunity to enrapture the audience with the magic of your verses in Khwabeeda- Hindi and Urdu Poetry Slam.

Date : 26th February 2020
Timing : 2-4 PM
Venue: SSCBS, Rohini Sector 16, New Delhi
The event consists of two steps:

1. Poem Submission:

Word Limit: More than 50 words
Plagiarism would lead to immediate disqualification. We request you to send original pieces.

2. On-Campus Round:

The selected participants will be informed via e-mail
The poem should be at least 2 minutes long and should not exceed the 6-minute mark.
No musical instruments/ props would be allowed
We would recommend giving a trigger warning in case of sensitive content.



The mind is not a book to be opened at will and examined at leisure.

But The Literary Society of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies brings a golden opportunity for you to do just that. Hearsay is a one of its kind event where people from diverse walks of life come and share their first hand experiences and their journeys. 1. Rockstar – (Hindu College, St. Stephens College and Shree Ram College of Commerce) This blockbuster film has been  shot throughout the DU campus where our very adorable Ranbir tried to woo Nargis. We can’t ever forget the scene where Heer and Jordan are dating each other as students of the University, or the song ‘Jo Bhi Mein’ which was shot at Hindu College. And yeah, other bites of the movie were shot in St Stephens and SRCC. 2.
