Actor Rishi Kapoor Passes away aged 67

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor passed away in Mumbai today. The actor was admitted to the Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital on Wednesday morning. The cause of death remains unknown.

The actor-director stated that Rishi Kapoor experienced breathing difficulties amid his treatment for cancer. His brother  shared that Rishi Kapoor was facing difficulty in speaking due to the medication. He added that the Karz star was stable now and not on a ventilator.

Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter to confirm the news of Rishi Kapoor's demise a while ago. He wrote, "He's GONE.. ! Rishi Kapoor .. gone .. just passed away .. I am destroyed !"
